THE ARTIST Ivan Novotny’s passion for motorsport was ignited upon his first visit to Mosport for the Grand Prix of Canada in 1973. It was that sweet smell of racing fuel, the peal of thunder, the cars blurred across the countryside that easily intoxicated the impressionable new recruit to the world of motorcar racing. The other driving force in Novotny’s life is art & design. With over 20 years of professional experience, Novotny has established himself as a multi-disciplined designer, developing comprehensive brand programs for some of the world’s leading companies with award-winning results. The right opportunity presented itself to fuse Novotny’s talents and passion for racing with the development of the Ron Fellows Limited Edition Print. With Novotny’s bold debut into motorsport art and subsequent issues planned, he embarks on a colorful new journey.
